He has served in many roles—from business owner and superintendent to mitigation technician/manager and project manager—giving him a well-rounded understanding of both the field and the client experience.

Marvin’s favorite part of the job is seeing the transformation from start to finish—watching a project evolve and witnessing customers’ happiness when the work is complete.

Beyond the Job

Following in his late father’s footsteps, Marvin continues a proud family legacy in the construction industry. He’s a devoted son and brother.

When he’s not working, you’ll find Marvin on the golf course or out on the boat, enjoying the sunshine and a little friendly competition.
