Her career has spanned property and independent adjusting, estimating, and business development—giving her a deep understanding of both the client and contractor sides of restoration work.

Leslie’s favorite part of the job is being a bright spot in difficult moments—helping people recover from unexpected events with care and compassion. She believes in walking alongside clients every step of the way to make the process as smooth as possible.

Beyond the Job

Leslie and her husband, Joey, have four grown children and share their home with six cats (plus the occasional foster kitty). When she’s not working, you’ll often find her spending time with family, baking, enjoying Smith Mountain Lake, or volunteering in animal rescue—especially TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) work for community cats.
